Take the online PHA:

• MVP Members: log in and click the “Your Wellness Starts Here” icon.
• First Time Non-MVP Members: click “Register” under the log in section. Click “Create an account now” under choice 2 to register, using Ellis Medicine’s MVP Group ID: 211010.
• Returning Non-MVP Members: log in with your username and password and click the “Your Wellness Starts Here” icon.
