Round up your team and get ready to begin the Road to Rio Walking Challenge! If you haven’t registered your team yet, the deadline is TODAY – June 3! Register your team one of two ways:

• Complete an online Team Registration
• Fill out the Team Roster Form and submit to Lynne Guarneri – Ellis Hospital B5 or fax 243-1878

For those participating in the challenge, wear your sneakers to work on Monday, June 6 to kick off the Road to Rio!

Congratulations to our top two Mission SLIMpossible weight loss challenge finishers: Kelsey Tourville and Michele Fedorowicz, both from Clifton Park!

Over the course of Mission SLIMpossible’s 6 weeks, more than 280 pounds were lost, averaging over 3 pounds per participant! Let us know how you’ve won as result of participating in Mission SLIMpossible – email wellness@ellismedicine.org!

This week only – try a new fitness class! In lieu of Zumba, Body Sculpt will be offered at MSHC Chapel on Thursday, 5/12 from 5:00p-6:00p. Body Sculpt is a workout that sculpts muscles using free weights, resistance bands, and your own body! Designed to provide you with a total body workout in one short hour! Good for all levels!
