This year’s walking challenge is coming soon! The theme is baseball, and we’ll be walking the Road to the World Series – ending with an Ellis Night Out with the Valley Cats!

Did you know that one of the easiest and most effective ways to get healthier is simply to start walking? The challenge begins on June 19, but team registration is open now!

Wellness Wednesday has moved to the second Wednesday of each month! 

Wellness Wednesday is an opportunity for you to meet Healthy MEE Wellness Champions (coworkers who help deliver Healthy MEE opportunities to you!), have questions answered, and learn more about Healthy MEE opportunities.

Visit a Wellness Wednesday table at MSHC, Nott St., Clifton Park, or Bellevue, the second Wednesday of each month from 12pm-1pm.

Mission SLIMpossible Update

Next week is the final week of Mission SLIMpossible! Weigh ins are scheduled below, but don’t forget: participants can complete the challenge just by submitting a self-reported weight online. This reporting link will be available May 1-10. 

  • Center City/State St: Monday, May 1, 8am-9am
  • Nott/B3: Tuesday, May 2, 7:30am-9am
  • MSHC/Bonavita Room: Wednesday, May 3, 8:30am-9:15am


Your Friendly Reminder: 6 Months to Go!

Have you submitted your Passport yet? It’s halfway through the Passport year which means your have six months left to complete and submit your Passport by October 31, 2017!

There are six metrics employees must achieve to complete the 2017 Passport:cover-image

  2. Preventive Physical Exam
  3. Personal Health Assessment
  4. Tobacco Free Attestation
  5. Healthy MEE Activity (1)
  6. Healthy MEE Activity (2)

Why complete the Passport? Participants in the Ellis health insurance can save 15% in 2018 by completing and submitting a Passport, and any employee who completes the Passport has a chance to win big at the end of the year!
