There are six metrics employees must achieve to complete the 2017 Passport:
- Influenza Vaccine
- Preventive Physical Exam
- Personal Health Assessment
- Tobacco Free Attestation
- Healthy MEE Activity (1)
- Healthy MEE Activity (2)
