Need help quitting smoking?

Consider joining The Butt Stops Here tobacco cessation group coming in January 2017.

Research shows that counseling and medication are both effective for treating tobacco dependence, and using them together is more effective than using either one alone.

Sessions will meet on Mondays from 6pm-7pm in the Sleep Center conference Room at MSHC, beginning January 23. Sessions are free to attend and open only to Ellis Medicine employees and family members. To register, call (518) 347-5864.

Completing The Butt Stops Here is a qualifying alternative to the tobacco-free attestation on your Healthy MEE Passport.
